Medication Interaction Caution
Gymnema Sylvestre, Berberine and Chromium, all present in this formula, are studied for glucose-lowering effects. Speak with a doctor or pharmacist before combining GlycoMelt with insulin, metformin, or any other glucose-lowering medication. Berberine in particular interacts with several common medications through liver enzyme pathways.
Undisclosed Doses
Only one ingredient amount is published for this formula (Chromium Picolinate, 7 mcg). The rest of the formula sits inside a proprietary blend with no per-serving quantity disclosed, so it cannot be compared against doses used in published research on any individual ingredient.
